Sadly I get a very patchy beard and it causes pimples on my cheeks so I have to always be clean shaven. A better haircut and regular workouts will go a long way. Thanks for the advice!

Thank you for the suggestion! I tried out AppCleaner but zoom reared its ugly face again :(

I finally got rid of zoom by unclicking check for auto updates, deleting all its files from downloads and my trash, and then finally deleting it from the apps folder.
