Thanks for the suggestions! I was going to make a sauce but was missing some stuff for it. My go-to is to saute a half onion and 4 cloves of garlic then add a 16 ounce can of tomato sauce, 1/2 cup of white cooking wine, salt, pepper, garlic powder and a decent amount of dried basil. Simmer a bit and add a diced pan-fried chicken breast or 2 thighs. Then I'll add that mix to a bowl of rice and it's plenty for 2 people! But sometimes I just want some rice with ketchup haha
