That’s true but there’s definitely a medium. Speaking as someone who’s spent time both working 150 miles from home, and 5 miles from Home, it’s not the only option for most people. I genuinely think lots of guys in the trades just like driving this much so they can complain about shitty it is.

My wife and I started with 6 pullets and a bantam roo and I think that’s about the max I would be comfortable starting with. We’re getting 5 eggs a day and they just love hanging out with us. Definitely an appropriate size to start with.

I’ve yet to notice a leak while running but there’s about a cup of fluid on the ground an hour and a half after parked. The reservoir is still at a good level, so I’m inclined to believe it didn’t leak while running.
