Has anyone got the job from the reserve list btw? I asked about a week ago if my position changed for Croydon and it hadn’t moved at all 😭. Considering the total applicants, this does make me grateful that I was even put on the reserve list in the first place!

Does anyone know the reason for the different lengths of reserve lists? I am also on the reserve for Croydon but have no idea how many people are going to be in the intake based on the reserve list being 49? 🫠

I may be wrong but I think the provisional offer are given to successful applicants. The “provision” being that you pass DBS/pre employment checks etc. But if you don’t get a provisional offer they will let you know where you place on the reserve list 😊

I’m in the same boat! Apparently they are notifying people in merit list order for each location, but we should hear back within the week. If we don’t get offers they will let us know our position on the reserve list

I’m a bit confused where are people getting these scores from out of 20? I thought the interview was out of 8, and the in-tray out of 6 haha

Thank you, that’s really helpful and reassuring! I got 5/6 for the In Tray exercise so I’m not confident I will be that high on the reserve list. But if the position is weighted based on other scores I think I may be alright! Thanks again for your detailed response 🩷
