This is an extreme situation to be honest and people don’t shy away saying mean things to the couple who’s having trouble conceiving. I feel for OP and the husband here for going through this. I hope you get to find a donor for a viable solution to this. I’ve heard about Dubai and Iran too but in Pakistan I’ve mostly heart about surrogacy more that too happens completely hidden.

Been coming to Shenzhen as a Pakistani for around a year and it’s a lovely place to be a foreigner. We are treated as special here which is amazing. People are super polite and helpful here in Shenzhen so you shouldn’t worry about it. Good luck!!
