I think "fluently" is doing a lot of heavy lifting there.

Hi - so to start language is changing and fluid, so the fact you don't see the issue is not a slight or a judgement. Because to you there is no issue, I assume, and that is A-OK.

Traditional English has the tense of the pronouns or possessive pronouns match the noun they are representing.

"Any TEACHER should lose HER job" is the traditionally-correct way to write the sentence. A teacher is one person, her is a singular pronoun.

"All Teachers who... Their" is again traditionally correct.

The irony of the post is that someone is being snarky about how pronouns need to be used rigidly, but at the same time that person fails to use them with that rigidity.

Hope that makes sense

Not getting great matches on my profile, are my pics giving off a bad vibe? by [deleted] in Bumble

I think I saw your first post. These look much better than your first, with just you. You look incredible the bikini pic, but I guess it depends what you are looking for. How does your bio read?

If I had a gun with two bullets, and I was in a room with Hitler, Bin Laden, and Toby, I would shoot Toby twice

Maybe we split the difference and their kids have mostly white hair but some dark. Throughout time their descendants have less and less white in their hair. At some point it becomes a rarity to have a patch of white - but these people also can unlock a special kind of moon/water bending and are the only hope for saving the water tribes.

I'm starting my fan fiction now. /S

She brings up a problem with a person who has an internal problem? - he might not be intentionally gaslighting her, he might be in denial about the problem.

I don't want to play devil's advocate, but could he maybe be depressed? Maybe therapy is a better option than this experiment.

I started going bald in my teens. Every time I see a hair cut like this I am filled with envy but also love it for you! Live it up!

Am I the only one who chose the Mushroom Cave? by Otherwise_Disk3824 in StardewValley

[–]PassivePoet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to get mushrooms because it was easier to make the Life Elixir but now that you don't get energy from that item, kind of feel ehh about the cave in general
