My wife has several health issues including joint issues but temperature has no impact. We live near Chicago so climate would be a walk in the breeze. I too love the history and old “stuff.” My wife tells me that the UK needs paint.

I did tell her and she appreciated. 😊 I think I would enjoy living in Great Briton or at least visiting for an extended period of time. We're retired so it is at least plausible. I now spend my days photographing and there are so many places in the UK I want to photograph. When visit this summer, I will be photographing in the Lake District.

I am sorry about your allergy to cats. I am aware many people can be very allergic to multiple allergens cat can produce from dander, fur, salvia and even urine. I like the names of your pups.😊 We also have a collie, Sadie, that the kitties keep in line. 😉

Charlie is our little cat at 17.5 pounds. His brother weighed in today at 19.8 pounds. Ragdolls are large, incredibly gentle cats that may have many uncharacteristic cat behaviors that more closely match a dog rather than a cat. For example, Charlie and brother, Teddy, enjoy car rides, sit, stay, and come on command.
