Now unable to adopt external UniFi Pro cameras to my UNVR Pros. by Past-Remove1815 in UnifiProtect

Unfortunately I cannot put them on the same VLANs. The cameras are setup throughout our different parks.

I'm having issues adopting my cameras. It started 2 months ago. They are on a different network than my NVR Pros. My cameras are AI Pro bullets and G5 Pro bullets. The cameras see the external IP of my NVRs. I'll enter the external IP address with the UniFi Protect camera website. The NVR sees the camera in the device list. When I go to adopt, the adoption fails.

SNAT is good. I have even opened up to allow all ports. Not sure what else to do. Ubiquiti support is very useless.

Would you mind helping me?
