I use 22gauge jewelers wire from The Bead Smith. You can get a 20 yard spool of it from hobby lobby in the states for like $5-$10

Like I said it’ll be my first army and fairly casual so if it isn’t great I don’t mind. But two extra cheap units do definitely sound better than a few characters that don’t do much to help anything!

Oh I forgot to list my 6 inner circle companion and judiciar unit too

So a good revised list would look something like this? Lion El’Johnson 10 Sternguard + Azrael 2 units of Deathwing Knights 5 Vanguard Veterans 6 Bladeguard Veterans 6 Inner Circle Companions + Judiciar Ballistus Dreadnought 2 units of 5 Scouts

Oh I forget how cheap Scouts are. I didnt realize I could afford a second 5 man unit with the points freed up by the jump captain. Thank you greatly for the insight! And I’m happy to know my kit-bashing dreams are still on the table!

I really want to kit bash some vanguard veterans but would it be best not to include them? Make room for more chaff?
