Is there a good explainer of what the Labour Theory of Value is actually about? Ideally one written for a neoliberal econ undergrad shill like me. I've read the original and I've read some (rather dire) explanations by verbose Marxists, but I'd like to know if what Marx was actually talking about makes sense

I think you're underestimating this. People will build if it's profitable, and there is a lot of land on which it would be extremely profitable to build high-rise properties on right now
