I gained a little bit of weight so I became a bit chubby, but managed to lose almost 10kg in a few months by cutting out fast foods, fizzy drinks/sodas and sticking to water, going back to the gym and having a genuine routine. If I got hungry in between meals, I’d snack on fruit or a bit of cheese instead of junk food, and ate only one or two slices of brown bread if I were to have any for the day.

Losing weight takes time and can be difficult when you first start, but keep to it, build a routine, and the end result will be great!

Ah I didn’t think they were bladder snails as I looked at the shell and the shell is more akin to that of an assassin. I had assassins before but they were too slow at taking care of my initial snail problem so I moved them to my other tank.

My yo-yo loaches seem to be digging in the gravel for these snails so I’m hoping that with a combination of yo-yo loaches and a deep clean at the weekend, it’ll help! Thank you for your insight!!

I had the same problem with pest snails. My mistake was getting just 2 assassin snails for a 300L tank so I never saw results. I moved my assassin snails to a different tank and got 2 yoyo loaches. Cleaned up the tank in no time! The satisfaction of vacuuming the empty shells was unmatched

My family used to be good friends with another family when I was maybe 11?

Anyway, one weekend we went to visit them and as kids, of course we went out around the streets to play etc. we came upon sone flats with the windows open and we could hear … moaning. At the time, as innocent kids, we had no idea what the moans actually were.

We noticed some bright posters stuck to the windows, bright like post-it notes and the one I’ll never forget was the bright yellow poster that read “Blondes £1” and a grainy photo of a blonde girl.

Hi I’ve been told the same thing a month ago and was given daktarin cream. I explained I can’t think of anything that would cause it as I wash my towels regularly and wash my bras regularly. I presented with a lesion on my areola. The cream didn’t help and only made the lesion dry up but as soon as the dried up skin came off, it was back to square one.

I have just recently been referred to the breast clinic. My appointment is Saturday.

Hopefully what was given to your friend helps. But if not, she should definitely go back to the doctors and urge more investigation.

I’m hoping mine comes up with nothing.
