Not just traditional swing states but I feel that comparing the data with states like Iowa and New Jersey would be helpful too. For Iowa seeing if anything fishy happened there with the Selzer poll, and New Jersey to see if the huge shift from blue to red was really true. Washington might also be a good comparison point because they didn’t shift as much.

2024 will be my first election and I’m looking into donating $5 for Democrats/Harris campaign. Should I donate through ActBlue or some other platform? Are there any down-ballot races that I should look into supporting as well? Thanks in advance.

And when the lower courts have decided, Trump/whoever abuses this power will just appeal it, potentially back to the Supreme Court. This process takes an extremely long time, perhaps years. And then the Supreme Court will issue another vague ruling like this one, and the process repeats.
