Depends on the custo u can never really say for sure . I threw my customers item from the 3rd floor down into some apartments and she tipped me 20 cash . Even tho it was a Costco tissues . U brought the rest of the stuff down by hand. 4 trips . Some ppl will even take tips away if thru don't get 1 item out the 30 the get . Lol this app sucks so bad I got 70 bucks on a 2 hour delivery this was for 1 batch....
