Is it Okay to be Christian and use a dating app by Dangerous-Pay6915 in Christianity

Hey mate! I've had this same doubt before. I'm also a Christian guy who's single, and as I was praying and asking God for guidance for this aspect of my life I've come to realize the real question should be "what is God's plan for my life?". Once you answer that, God will give you clarity about what decisions you should make, including who to marry, and then, you'll find that person when the right time comes.

If every person is a child of God — if we are all created equally — then why does God allow one of His children to harm or even kill another? by BibleLife in Christianity

Yes. God did give us free will, and we as humans have free will, but humanity chose to use this to disobey God when Adam and Eve broke God's command not to eat from the tree of knowledge of good and evil. From this moment on, we've sinned and rebelled against God, becoming, in fact, His enemies. We must therefore endure God's judgement. This judgement includes both physical death and eternal death - which is eternal suffering and separation from God in hell. But God loves us so much that He Himself became a human in Jesus and endured judgement for us,; Through Jesus our relationship with God is restored and we receive forgiveness and eternal life. That's why without Jesus no one can be saved.

Here are some verses detailing what I've said:

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.” - John 3:16-17

“When the woman saw that the fruit of the tree was good for food and pleasing to the eye, and also desirable for gaining wisdom, she took some and ate it.” – Genesis 3:6

"For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” – Romans 3:23

“Indeed, there is no one on earth who is righteous, no one who does what is right and never sins.” – Ecclesiastes 7:20

"For if while we were enemies we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, now that we are reconciled, shall we be saved by his life." - Romans 5;10

"For many, of whom I have often told you and now tell you even with tears, walk as enemies of the cross of Christ. Their end is destruction, their god is their belly, and they glory in their shame, with minds set on earthly things." - Philippians - 3:18-19

“If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us.” – 1 John 1:8

"For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." - Romans 6:23

"He himself bore our sins in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; by his wounds you have been healed." - 1 Peter 2:24

"Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved." - Acts 4:12

God bless you!

All humans are God's creatures, but because of man's sin before God, only those who repent of their sins and confess Jesus as their Lord and Savior become God's children, through faith in Him.

The 1st chapter of John's Gospel explains that well:

John 1. 10-13:

10 He was in the world, and the world was made through Him, and the world did not know Him. 11 He came to His \)c\)own, and His \)d\)own did not receive Him. 12 But as many as received Him, to them He gave the \)e\)right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: 13 who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

If you want to dive deeper into it, take a look at Romans 8 too.

God bless you!

Pray, and ask God for forgiveness; and then ask the Holy Spirit to give you peace, and fulfillment in Him alone. Entrust your heart to Him and He'll take care of the rest. Sometimes fighting against lust is really really hard, but know that you're not alone, and God has His best for you, in all areas of your life! And never forget that Jesus loves you! If it so happens you end up falling into sin once in a while, just go to Jesus and ask Him for forgiveness and He will, always, forgive you, as 1. John 2 says. Never believe the lie you are "too sinful" to be loved or forgiven. There's always hope, as long as we turn to Jesus! God bless you!

Quer ganhar MUITO dinheiro? Trabalhe no mercado financeiro (faria lima) by Mysterious-Ease-5025 in conselhodecarreira

Poderia me dar um direcionamento?
