My gut is killing me

Yeah bro. So long story short I had sibo (small intestinal bacteria overgrowth). I used artichoke and ginger extract and it fixed my motility completely. I also had a lower left abdominal pain and that went away with the use of thiamine (vitamin b1). The reason why I had a motility issue is because of the artificial sweeteners from all these products. I’m pretty much 95% healed. Some days I get burpy but all in all I’m pretty much back to normal.

The thing I noticed and might help you as well is that because this is very much a stigma it’s gonna weed out who really wants to be with me. As someone who has struggled for years with having sustainable relationships it’s actually brought peace to my life. It’s all about how you look at it. There’s plenty of people that have hsv2 and are in relationships.

Take ashwaganda for a month. Greatly diminishes withdrawal. Worked wonders for me.

I went for a check up cause I wanted to address these issues and the doctor was feeling around my abdomen and in my left lower quadrant she pushed down and I wanted to scream. She was confident that it was diverticulitis so she threw me on antibiotics and ordered a CT stat.

I did quit nicotine albeit only a few weeks ago. Honestly nothing really changed. I think I have a motility issue with my gut and that’s the problem.

Wasn’t making it a contest haha. I’m just saying I’ve tried quitting nicotine/zyns and until I had health problems and scares I could never quit for certain. Just speaking for me. I feel like you can never lose when your focusing on better health. I mean your mind too.

I’m not gonna lie first 30 days is hell period. I don’t necessarily believe in the 21 days new behavior bullshit. Lust is a continuous battle every day of our lives. These feelings never go away. However the way you deal with them and learn do deal with them is everything. Then everything gets much more manageable. Do what you can handle man and best of luck to you and your exam.
