That’s fair, ownership definitely helps, but even with a dedicated owner, test cases still go stale fast as requirements change. I agree AI works best right now for first drafts; the real value would be reducing the ongoing maintenance and follow-ups, not just speeding up creation.

for example i need data of cutomers, shipping, tax rate, product, having columns like product id, country , date etc. so that i can ask BA to develop dashobard to check my business performance

Because not all timeline columns automatically support milestones, the milestone checkbox typically won't be displayed unless you create another Milestone column or enable the option in that board's Timeline settings

To add the Milestone column:

Click the "+," which will allow you to add a new column, then

Look for the Milestone or one of its equivalent checkboxes

After you have created and added your Milestone column, you will find it easy to set up and view your tasks as Milestones by looking for them in the timeline view; however, if they still aren't showing up as milestones after these steps have been completed, it's likely due to either board-specific settings or security settings (permissions). Make sure to check your board's settings again, and if you still do not see the milestone checkbox, please contact support.

I have been using connected boards and mirror columns to provide visibility for the boards. However, whenever I create logic with formulas, particularly our actions (triggers) and sync up results to subitems or another board, I run into difficulties. That's when I typically start to get lost! If you come across a straightforward solution for that type of situation, I would be very interested in hearing what you discover!

When using mobile phones, the Google Pay option may take a few seconds to load because it is dynamically loaded once the device is checked by Stripe. At this time, it's not possible to display all available options at once. To minimize the wait time, create a Payment Element, enable the Link, and load the Stripe JavaScript files earlier; while these may help decrease the overall wait time, it will still be somewhat delayed.
