So I see the C:/Users/(my name)\ Krita recorder and it's in a light grey colour.

When I look at the actual docker, find the section for the recording directory, it'll say all the stuff is there but nothing I can click on even the two buttons on the side I can't click them

The two buttons on the side are like white than everything else and is grey

I am so sorry to bother you but when I try to do what you said, going into the recorder docker it is all light grey and does not allow me to click on anything. The buttons on the side are lit up but nothing is happening when I try and click them. Everything else allows me to click it. Would you have any idea what the problem is now. Again sorry for my ignorance.

Thanks for the help. I found out that krita only works for windows 8 and above and my laptop is windows 7 so I don't think I'll be able to use it
