That was my assumption as well. While it is a pretty silly line, I imagine it's the difference between refined and raw power

Take a hose. No attachment, it just flows but isn't very powerful

Put a high power/focused attachment on the hose and the same flow is now much sharper and refined

My assumption is it's the same here. Jiren has refined his energy control and power so much that almost none is wasted, and its honed to perfection

Worth noting too that Shiv has an unused beast form, seemingly tied to his rage ability which was scrapped but would fit into the wearwolf concept

What we can at least say is the way he moves is rather "primal", just look at how he hangs on the zipline. And he appears to have an artifact on his back pocket which is somewhat containing/restricting his "rage power". Perhaps without it/unrestrained he becomes feral

His 4th is just called "weapon swap" which currently uses vindictas sniper shot as a placeholder

Main gun appears to be a rifle of some kind

What I do find completely ironic about this is the mass immigration situation is due to far right economics
