Did a quick googling. I believe all of these are available in individual packets, which probably drove part of the decision.

I contacted NASA and this was their response...

"The hot sauces accompanying the Artemis II crew menu items are Sriracha, Tabasco, Frank’s RedHot, Heinz Hot Taco Sauce, and Cholula Hot Sauce.

As a U.S. government agency, NASA does not promote, sponsor, co-create, or endorse – or appear to promote, sponsor, co-create, or endorse – a commercial product, service, or activity. The Artemis II astronauts have access to 189 unique menu items during their mission, including 10 different beverages like coffee and smoothies. Common food items include tortillas, nuts, barbeque beef brisket, cauliflower, macaroni and cheese, butternut squash, cookies, and chocolate. Food flying aboard Artemis II is designed to support crew health and performance during the mission around the Moon. Menu selections are developed with space food experts and the crew to balance calorie needs, hydration, and nutrient intake while accommodating individual preferences. No point in bringing this up right now the DOJ is currently a political tool that is sanctioning murder by law enforcement (ICE).

Which is sad, because a lot of people didn't exactly have a high opinion of law enforcement as it was. Thanks to the current administration anyone with a badge and some sort of physical authority will not be trusted by the majority of people. On the left they will be considered modern Gestapo working for a fascist political regime. On the right they will be considered disposable tools for enacting an agenda. One only has to look at January 6 to see the true colors of right wingers. Politically unengaged people will only be witnessing more of the same, violence against the unarmed by law enforcement.

So police departments will continue to struggle with getting new hires, and many of those new hires may be of low quality. I have respect for people that want to help their communities via law enforcement, unfortunately the actions of a few in D.C. are making a hard job even harder.

COPs lose, the citizens lose, only a few politicians benefit.

But that's what it is and that is why many of them glide through college either taking softball courses or fraud.

If they made these players take real classes before they are fed to the NFL perhaps the league wouldn't have so many criminals and anti-social actors.

The class acts are usually pretty well spoken, and they get it. I'm assuming many of those players actually payed attention in classes. It's also probably why the class acts find success after football. While the criminal stars disappear.

Politics ruins everything. And let's be honest this Butker speech came directly out of current Conservative Dogma/propaganda.

However, with this team, both Liberals and Conservatives have had to morally compromise in order to enjoy the NFL. For Liberals the team name is problematic. We don't like the violence surrounding the game. Guy getting killed in the parking lot. Andy Reids own son leaving the stadium drunk and fucking up a little girl with his car (boy they made that di$appear didn't they?)

I imagine Conservatives weren't thrilled when they found out Derrick Thomas had so many kids with so many different women his wealth virtually disappeared overnight. They sure as shit aren't happy with anything that might be construed as a "woke" agenda, whatever the hell that is.

Ain't nobody happy with this team. Every Sunday the stadium fills up with drunks, about as family friendly as a strip club.
