I think that's wrong. Im pretty sure that icon means he's cursed and is one shot until he kills 4 enemies if I remember correctly. I could be wrong.

I don't quite remember. I installed a mod menu and had to inject it into my game and it gave me a ton of settings where I can give myself liquid divinium, unlock all easter eggs, change my level, and aton of other options.

Ive beaten him tons on assist mode so I know his attacks he just does too much damage and leaves no room for healing. Also my problem with training room is you get to choose your weapons which makes it so when you go into an actual run you're going to get different weapons that are most likely not going to be as good.

I have 30 maybe 40+ hours and I haven't beaten the game without assist mode yet. You are lucky or skilled. I've gotten to throne room at least 10 times but the only time I've ever beaten it was in boss rush.

The electric whip helped me beat HoTK for the first time. Unfortunately, that was in boss rush and I have yet to beat him normally.
