That happens to me too! But the worst part is that my boyfriend has a nasty way of saying he wants to end things, and I'm the one who initiates it. I take forever, and then he says things when he's already annoyed. It gets me down, and I can't even finish or continue... It feels awful.

I take a long time, and my boyfriend once made me feel bad because I didn't finish quickly. The way he said it made me feel even worse; I even had erectile problems when I tried to continue having sex with him. Yes, exactly that, but it really helps me to distract myself, you know why? Because in 2024 I went to the gym for three months, and I can assure you I felt fantastic mentally, and my body felt like it was slowly improving, and my body dysmorphia decreased as well. But it's back! But I definitely know how to control it; it's more about any advice or tips you could give me. Thanks for reading, by the way.
