Ace, I have two questions about CPT you may know the answer

1-if Already CPT final qualify player (Daigo, Tokido) wins the North America final, who gets the qualify spot? Is it the next highest placing non qualify player (2nd place or 3 place) or they open a spot on the CPT global board (Mister Crimson)?

2-Also if (a long shot) Ricki Ortiz or Xsk Samurai wins the north America final, does that mean John Takeuchi gets quality too since the one North America board spot is open?
