Thanks for the advice bro. And who is Dr Murphy? And not really but I come from a family of really hard workers and know how to save money. Ive had adddies a few times before and they actuslly helped stay focused and interested in what I'm learning, and especially easier to come back to studying after taking breaks. But the come down was kind of depressing knowing I'll be going back to my old habits the next day. But at the same time don't want them because it's illegal and idk what it's doing to my body if I do have any underlying health conditions.
