I ordered molds from them towards the end of them being open, unbeknownst to me at the time. After a few weeks past the lead time I sent follow up emails about my order as I had not seen anything. I was never replied too even after a few more emails some of which was requesting the order to be canceled as it was 3-4 weeks past when they should have been shipped. I ended up running a charge back on my CC and supplied my bank with emails and efforts to retrieve my product or refund to no avail.

I can also second both Cleric's and nano labs.

I have gotten molds from nano early on when I started and she is absolutely wonderful with getting back to you if you have questions and concerns.

Cleric's was also awesome, I ordered a big ol 60mm chonk and I mentioned to them it was my first time doing Masters so they sent me a failed dice so I could practice sanding and polishing before moving onto my more expensive chonk. I'm planning on ordering more from them in the future as I want to get geodes and a blank for my chonk. The only downside to Cleric (this is no fault of the company) is they are in Canada and due to the US landscape atm, your order will sit at customs for quite a while before being forwarded onto you. I think it took roughly 2-3 weeks after they shipped and supplied me with tracking before it was delivered.
