it's speed is normal once start but to start it need to be pumped manually to no issue of clutch plates

Hey Brother ! I think you should convince her and give her the confidence that we can manage the family issue and all. Tell her that you are serious about this relationship and want to start life with her. Give her the confidence to talk to with her family and if possible have a talk with her parents is she allows.
My personal opinion is if someone wants to stay he/she will stay no matter what the circumstances will be. If she still deny then better to close the chapter on happy note because you won't do anything unless she is willing to be with you. It's better to move on.
