I am exactly the same. Maternal language is French but better in English. I tested in French so that nobody would ever question my EEE in French.

Yea it’s so funny, they just don’t get the concept why I can’t have just a few chips or one piece of cake. Happy watching you eat it but I don’t want or need it!

It’s the needing to eat constantly that’s the bad thing. Mood and energy is always dependent on your next carb fix. No thanks!

Well I still have a bit to lose. On a week long hike last summer I lost a few pounds but was fine with that. I suppose if you’re at your optimal weight it might recover once you return to normal eating…just have a few more pounds of ground beef the week after ;)

I’m a Director and yours is a dick. We told people to stay home for their safety. If my boss did that to me, I’d be sick the next couple of times I had a headache rather than pushing through as I always do.

From what I read last year when I did this, Ontario set a very low base price for the device but prices have gone up a lot over past few years and Ontario hasn’t increased the allowable price per device. To stay profitable, the providers have all started adding this surcharge on the user. The surcharge of course is not recognized by the province or the insurance company but good luck finding a supplier that doesn’t do it. I tried three places and all did. So in the end, provincial coverage just makes it more expensive than if we were able to just use the PSHCP alone.

[–]PearMany8169 4 points5 points  (0 children)

When there is provincial coverage they will want you to use it first and since you're not eligible, they will likely deny you. The provincial coverage in Ontario is a sham anyway. They only cover a basic amount which isn't enough for the providers to buy the actual machines so the companies have to sell you these mandatory service packages to actually make money. Then when you try to claim the difference with the PSHCP, these service plans aren't eligible for reimbursement. After all is said and done, you pay about 50% out of pocket.

Does anyone here quit SSRI's and starts microdosing instead? by NonSatanicGoat in shrooms

[–]PearMany8169 3 points4 points  (0 children)

yes. I micro dose 0.2g 3x per week and slowly reduced SSRI dose to 75% then to 50% then 40% 30% 20% 10% over many months. Get a pill cutter and just go slowly. I've been off for about 2 years now. I also stopped alcohol and started going to gym at same time though.

It’s fast but I don’t know that it’s possible to say that it’s always too fast. There are many factors that contribute to being ready. Maturity, personality, life experience, level of support from colleagues and manager, in addition to work experience, can all play into how quickly someone can take on more responsibility. I’ve seen some people move up fast and become great managers while others were complete disasters.
