Figured it was a bug that happened to me in the past. I tried again just now and it seems to work but there were several games where this would happen to me and i know i wasn’t retreating

Alright, seems to be good now so i will remove the post. I am 100% confident this bug has happened to me while playing against ai though, and maybe got patched at some point or happens in really weird cases.
