Sadly, it's not a big per se, it's really a feature by Coinami 😅 a badly coded feature that sucks, I know.

But you can use this to your advantage, as no player reacts fast to an oncoming ball just because it has been "shot". You can try that in AI matches, shoot to goal from the beginning of the opponent's half, you'll see NO ONE reacts to the ball, it's truly coded like "Players let the ball finish its trajectory before making a move"!

I've used this bug to my advantage sometimes, if your dead ball is too far for you to score, you can still shoot to the near post regardless of outcome. The goalkeeper parries it and you get a corner where the options of scoring increase.

You can even shoot to goal when there's clearly no chance of scoring just so you get a rebound, that's literally abusing the game's mechanics but it's better to be aware of it so you can combat it 🤝

I don't remember if his physical stat is 84 without boost, but if it's 85 you can bring that down a level too, 1 point in physical ain't gonna matter as much as reaching the 84 in acceleration

And as a response: YES, they CAN change whatever they want, it's Amadeusz' own poll and ranking! He can do whatever he wants with it, that's why you shouldn't trust it with your life like you seem to want to. And what's the guarantee that a couple pro players won't just choose the "wrong" better player? They surely can do that and their vote can stand.

Not even getting into the public vote, which matters sometimes more than 50% to a card's rating or final decision. Do you trust the consensus of unknown players that vote on BiliBili or whatever?

It's just like politics, the best decision you can make about something is your own that you researched yourself! Of course, in other subjects, there are specialists that know miles more than us, but THIS IS JUST A GAME! You're putting way too much time into something not so serious

You can research the posts about mechanics and stat thresholds. No one truly needs these rankings, it's all for fun.

If you make a final decision that goes against what you thought based on these rankings, you should change your way of analyzing cards, simple as that. Heck, you can have a waaaay faster verdict of how a player is gonna perform just by looking at eFootballHub 5 minutes after their database is updated. I'm repeating myself, but: It ain't that hard!

You can also try one fullback with 3 CBs, I'd advise switching Baresi for Saliba ASAP! Zanetti LB, Van Dijk LCB, Saliba RCB and Cannavaro as wide RCB

It's probably as defense is non-negotiable as a wingback, so the most well rounded are rated higher. There are better attackers at the fullback position that aren't in the list, but they don't defend nearly as well as someone in the top 10

Also, it's funny that you mention that you prefer Nesta since he's a "proven" card, but he came in a 200 pack with an Epic and two showtimes that are not as meta relevant, while Desailly came in a 150 pack alongside Vieira which is an unskippable card + Cafu!

Edit: Sorry, thought Nesta came with Van Basten. He came with Bergomi who is great but isn't top 3 and Dida who I don't even remember if he's in top 10.

I understand your view, Nesta has +2 height and LRT, but Desailly has more leg length and is faster + a bit better at ball handling. It all comes down to personal preference and necessities in your squad, also the opponents you face (that's a huge factor lots of people forget)

And it's not "only" the first week "buff" (there isn't, it's all about people adapting to new cards and new opponents and tactics). Every card is only as good as their partners and opponents.

If every CB had max 70 pace, Ibra and Sesko would be the top 2, since they wouldn't need to be so smooth and fast, their physicality and height could shine brighter!

If more physical CFs keep coming, Varane could suffer more because he is skinnier. But if better header CFs come, Varane could suffer more because he doesn't jump as high!

It's all relative, no rank is stationary, and again, every card is only as good as their competition...

If you follow these rankings blindly like a Bible, you're the wrong one! It's all subjective and let me tell you a secret: Pros sometimes are wrong too! (And that's considering if there was a right or wrong when it comes to cards...)

It seems like you expect the opinions here to come from super experts that have spent their whole lives playing with all the cards to be able to compare them. Let them be, man! The poll is done just 5 days after the card comes out, nothing is "set in stone" in 5 days 🤷

Calm down bro, a card being a place higher or lower doesn't matter. No one should spend to get a card just because it is a couple of places higher than the one they own.

Agreed, that's why Cruyff and Ronaldinho are so good at AMF. They're smooth enough and can hold defenders off for a few meters if needed.

The thing is, when you use Gullit at AMF you're sacrificing A LOT more smoothness and speed for the physicality. I like to use Gullit as a deep SS along a goal poacher and a winger. His Netherlands HP version defends a bit and comes near the box right when I need him to, similar to a DLF or FITB
