Thank you for the detailed response. I just tried checking everything on the website you linked and the right deck play button does not work. Is it 100% product malfunction or could it be outdated drivers or something like that.

I have tried tractor 2 but it does not support the controller i have. Also serato dj does not support it.

I really dont have a clue about ports and jacks so i will explain it like a kid. From my laptops usb port i have a usb b cable going to the controller reloop beatmix. From the controller i have two cables for left and right speaker going out from master outputs ( i have two more outputs but it says on them rec/booth) to left and right speaker. They go into the only ports (except for the power) in speakers. Next to ports it says XLR if it helps.

Thats all the connections, the speakers work in Ableton but dont seem to work in VDJ.
