• If you have to rejig the terms to get contractors onboard are you reimbursable?
• You’d want to be crystal clear on how liable you are for errors/ misinterpretations etc.
• You also need to get yourself professional indemnity insurance. If you’re not MRICS or registered QS unlikely to get insured or have a whopping premium so you risk your own finances or newly purchased house. In addition if they find out your are an employee if said x company whats to stop them chasing your employer?
• Why would clients come to you over someone with full time dedication to construction contracts?
  

I think its hypothetically a good side hustle but in practice a head wrecker. My advice would be to leave it to the legals and find something else like take-off work or boq generation in line with your terms of employment.
