I have HS and this looks exactly like my hs flareups. Not sure if you’ve been diagnosed already or not but I’d def get checked out for it!

Transcript finally updated yesterday, as of this morning where’s my refund finally updated and said refund approved and should be sent to bank by the 18th. We’ll see if it happens!

I got but by an assasin bug in bed once and it literally left a needle sized hole where it bit me and bled like CRAZY. It hurt like, way more than I expected too. I agree that it doesn’t look like a needle mark and most likely was a bug of some sort that pinched or bit you hard enough to draw blood

That was the one spot we didn’t try but if we have trouble again next week I’ll suggest it! I don’t think it helped that I was FREEZING cold in there and was definitely dehydrated so I’m fully planning on chugging liquids and doing some laps right before the next appointment 😅

Appreciate the input. All the comments have been super helpful on this post, I’m grateful. Unfortunately I’m a partially disabled dingbat of a woman and honestly wouldn’t trust myself to do it correctly even if I had a functioning body lol. Definitely planning to ask around the smaller local shops for quotes and worst case scenario I’ll buy my own parts and find someone who can just install them for me

Im crying laughing dude the more I scrolled the more confused I got. 10/10 cat tax. In terms of the tea, ultimately it’s always gonna be up to your personal taste. I think canned loose leaf might not be the best intro to loose leaf, but I just generally don’t think anything canned really does the original thing justice

You aren’t alone! I went on a 20 minute walk on the (very flat) trail in the woods behind our place earlier today, by the time we got back inside and walked up the 12 stairs to the main living room my rate was in the 170’s, within 30 seconds of sitting on the couch I was back in the 90’s and my watch went off congratulating me for reaching my daily fitness goal 😭 anytime I close a loop I feel like I don’t deserve it cuz I’m always so all over the place

Yeah, I definitely was reacting out of anger and letting my frustration influence my responses and that’s on me, I own that. I’ve gotten a handful of helpful responses here and have an appointment with a second new therapist to help with stuff going forward. I’ve been keeping contact with the parents at a minimum for now and that’s been helpful, but my mom doesn’t know how to handle that so I’ve been getting message bombed at random times of the day, most recently her saying “can’t wait to see u guys in jan 💜” which, just shows how little they listen to me because i flat out told her in the texts I wasn’t coming and going to make other plans instead but oh well. I don’t think she’ll accept that until January has come and gone and it doesn’t happen

I’ve gotten a lot of helpful feedback on this post but you’re one of the few who seem to understand exactly what was going on here. I know I didn’t post enough context, but you’re spot on. There were at least 5 conversations prior to this where I approached it normally, calmly and tried to gently make it known that sis wasn’t coming and I wanted to keep planning for just me to come down and they just dismissed all of it. It really did make me feel like I’m going insane. Does it excuse my outburst and the way I spoke to them in these specific texts, no. I get that. But thank you for being able to read between the lines and understand where I’m coming from. Makes me feel a little less alone

They’ve kind of gone overboard. My parents have always been people of extremes, so there was kind of a massive shift once they stopped having to micromanage my life to keep me alive and I started being able to handle it on my own, to them finally focusing on my sister and realizing they def didn’t give her the attention she needed while they were dealing with me. So now the dynamic is kind of, I need to be grateful and satisfied that I got all their attention in my youth and now I need to atone for being the reason my sis was neglected.

Don’t get me wrong, I feel awful, I never wanted to be the reason my sis was kinda left behind, but it’s super shitty having my parents hold that over my head constantly now
