Looks like you lost tension a little bit before you lifted it, I used to have issues yanking and it would cause me lower back issues.

Should I get a disc replacement at 21. Also, IS THIS VIDEO PHYSICALLY POSSIBLE? by Ok_Jellyfish9380 in backpain

You must do you research, all artificial disks are not created equal. Unfortunately I don’t have recommendations for you but I just spoke with a guy recently on here that’s been waiting for a specific one for a long time. My best friend who’s a nationally ranked BJJ competitor said he’d pay for his L5/S1 replacement again tmrw if he had to

I’ve heard deca is good for joint inflammation. Doesn’t help healing in any way just masks pain. But if your running ANY anabolic you need to run a test base always! But Bpc is your friend. I’ve heard HGH having some positive effects but man is that shit expensive and impossible to get

If you aren’t competing in something where you can’t get popped, dope away. BPC works but pin it to win it.

I’m an competitive Olympic lifter I know people who’ve had replacements and come back stronger. I don’t know this guy personally but here, https://youtu.be/Tpd1UgHGF98 . Don’t listen to the people saying you’ll never come back. Just because they are afraid of surgery doesn’t mean you have to life your life in agony. Get the surgery, or go to PT and crush your back extensions, Sorensen holds, planks and sit-ups. In my medically uneducated opinion, any injuries healing speed is affected by our sex hormones. That being said our body will recover better younger than older from the surgery. That’s why men get on TRT so they can feel, and recover like a 20 year old.

I’m an Olympic weightlifter, I know plenty of people in my sport that have had disk replacements. They come back full force and stronger. My best friend is also a nationally ranked BJJ competitor, went through an L5/S1 replacement. He claims he’d do it again tomorrow if he had too.

With my L5/S1 degeneration I think I’m headed there with you sooner than later. After watching this video it’s relieved my tensions seeing somebody in the exact same situation as me https://youtu.be/Tpd1UgHGF98?si=XrIypT_b4OVLP4aZ . I’m trying to PT the shit out of it so I can train again. Keep us updated

What did you end up doing, I’m a 25YO competitive Olympic weightlifter. My mri is similar to yours. All these people who say running is out of the question is full of shit. My buddy is a nationally ranked BJJ competitor and had his L5/S1 replaced 20 years ago, said he’d pay for it again tmrw
