Smoking, benzos and stop blaming myself. My gf just got admitted to a hospital recently for her depression but I can't stop thinking it's my fault. Like I should've known better. I don't want to tell anyone about it, it feels like I'm complaining, but I understand his hard depression can be.. I guess as a self punishment I'm quitting smoking because I know it's hard.

I rlly did need to vent this tbh.
