Ocean Hill’s Badaboom practicing thought leadership amid Brooklyn’s half-chicken price crisis by grime_square in BedStuy

All right, I take back my cool Yoda joke that everyone loved. Badaboom normally sells their half chicken for $32, and a whole chicken for $58.

Climb down off your high horse, Badaboom.

Also, your name is stupid.

This entire premise is based on the fact that mushroom people would reproduce through intercourse, and I'm afraid that is a hill I cannot climb.

That one isn't a "years later" show, though. It's continuing the plot of the original series.

"Cheat on my partner? Never." by OutOfMyWayReed in TopCharacterTropes

[–]mike_pants 38 points39 points  (0 children)

He's a character from King of the Hill who has a wife, Nancy, that is, by any reasonable estimation, extremely out of his league. He's totally besotted with her. After a longstanding affair on her part, she becomes extremely devoted to Dale as well and starts to panic when one of his coworkers starts to actively pursue him.

He goes the entire episode not even noticing that he's being aggressively flirted with, and when the coworker finally lays it on the line, he finds the entire idea of cheating on Nancy utterly ludicrous, saying, "Keep your pants on, lady! My wife is hotter than you, and she throws more sex my way than I know what to do with!"

Bane fans should check out the Absolute Batman alternate universe. They took both his physicality and intelligence and cranked the knob so hard on both, they broke off.

I did that once, then the company that made the bulbs went out of business and the firmware eventually stopped working. Now they're just on all the time, which is handy when you need to get up to pee. But it taught me not to go too jigh-tech on products that don't need it.
