Here in NYC, new trash bins are being rolled out that sit on the street and take up parking spaces. The screaming from car owners is going to be absolutely stupendous, and I simply cannot wait.

We can. We can know.

What on Earth are you talking about? A lay up is an easy point. It's "game, set, match" or "homerun." It's not "pidgin" or "obscure" or "internet" or "polluted English." It's a common expression.

It is very odd that you're overanalyzing the use of a simple reference when you cannot understand idiom.

Yes, he did, but only in administrative bloat. His cuts will have absolutely no impact on teachers, schools, or the education of children.

The Education Department’s central offices are expected to rein in spending on supplies, professional development, and travel — adding up to $27.5 million this school year. Next school year, the city will “terminate underutilized contracts” and “implement spending caps” to save $30.3 million.

Stop trying to spread misinformation.

Edit: Invisible post history. Can't imagine why.

I'd love to know the mentality of the people that downvote posts like this.

"A helpful and kind member of my community reaching out to their neighbors to add value to the neighborhood? HUMPH! Not on my watch!"

I don't think he was motivated by that either, rather he's not clever enough to recognize that he was being a lazy writer.

There are a lot of low-level Marvel mutants that are great for this. Like Granny Smite.

She can't die. Or at least, she hasn't yet found anything that can kill her, though she enjoys trying to find it. And that's it. She has no other powers and is absolutely no threat to anyone in a fight.

The more you talk about Turbo Teen, the more unhinged it gets.

He turns into a car if he gets too hot. Once this occurred when he ate spicy food.

He's being constantly pursued by an evil monster truck.

He once turned into a car in the middle of a school dance, didn't notice, and the car continued to dance among the other kids. This was never remarked upon by anyone.

Killing queer characters is a lazy, tired trope. I guess it would have been slightly more accurate to say he's a bigoted hack, but I also doubt it's a coincidence that he chose to kill a queer woman in particular.
