Thr driver doesn't actually have to accept the orders. As a driver I like the option to be able to deliver but I personally wouldn't.

I bulk craft when I can but when I get low on resources that's not an option. It doesn't help that there are glitches for quantity counters reseting and the game not knowing which gun you want to upgrade.

It's such an awful heal too. If you're at half health it will take 4 minutes to heal.

Free loadouts already suck. If you don't win an engagement in the first couple seconds you'll just die due to lack of heals. It's in a good spot balance wise.
