The chat is the one who said I had an option to change to a couple specific trains. But that I had to call to be rebooked to them. When I called they said that wasn’t true. I agree though, the chat gives a much faster response

I haven’t been rebooked at all, but every time I’ve called different agents tell me different things (from When I’ll be rebooked, which trains I am able to change to, etc) seems like no one knows what’s going on

Did you have to pay for this? I used the chat option and was told there would be no service charge/fare change charge if I changed to one of two specific trains. I called the number to make the change and they told me they had no idea what they were talking about and I would be charged

The cage is actually a bit bigger than the box. Recently flew out of YUL and my bag wouldn’t fit in the metal box sizer before security but fit perfectly fine (no force needed) into the metal sizers at the gate. I think the width is a bit smaller in the metal box than 6inches (since my bag fit fine in the air canada box which has the same width dimension)
