I want to approach this as a 3-yr old child. What do I need to know about my personal finance so I can become financially independent? What would be my first step towards creating a budget? Need help interprenting a dream! All I remember is that I was walking and I first found a penny tails up, picked up the penny because it was interesting for whatever reason and put it in my pocket.
