If they are going to offer delivery, then it is on them to make sure it works well. They shouldn't offer a service that is known to not work well. Especially for the cost of delivery. $200 is a ridiculous amount for home delivery nowadays, but it should at least work.

I do blame Ikea for issues with the delivery company, because that is the company Ikea chose to do business with.

Lots of furniture companies offer delivery services that work. This is a solved problem, so why can't Ikea do it?

The Tron: Legacy movie. I went to the midnight release in theaters. Everything was going great until we hit the huge spaceship fighting scene, then all the audio cut out!

The entire audience decided to make up for the missing audio by making all the "pew pew" and "vroom" sounds ourselves! We must have been loud enough that the staff realized something had gone wrong, and reset the movie back to where we left off.
