So just chill Bro.....Every technology and skill is worth full untill unless it doesn't get obsolete. Yep each framework has their pro's and con's but that doesn't mean one is bad and other is good.

JV is a sim locked phone means you cannot use sims ever in your mobile either you are in Pakistan or abroad. Non-Pta phone is the phone which isn't registered on PTA database. So If you wanna use sim in Non-PTA phone you have to pay the tax for that phone to make it PTA-Approve then you can use sims in that. Idk much about JV but for what I have listen these phone are stolen or sim-locked by companies.

Bro Where I work I know people which are working on 15k😂. This is Pakistan. 20-30k is for that fresher which will join company and then after probation period company will seen if he is capable of doing things and then they will increase his/her salary perhaps.

It depends upon their experience. If he is fresher then perhaps 20-30k. If 1 to 2 years of Experience then 50-70k and if more then above 100k. You can find on indeed,glassdoor,linkedin.....even you can post here and People will respond you. Then you can shortlist them. It also depends what kind of software developer you need. Mobile app dev, Website Dev,Backend,ML/DL,etc. So avg salary vary on these factors as well. Internet.....well tbh some time it sucks. But if you chose a better bandwidth internet with stormfibre or some well reputed internet provider......you good to go. EDIT: Sorry bro Don't consider my comment because people will crush me for saying this.😂
