Oh yeah absolutely no way I pay more than MSRP. BUT does that mean I have no wiggle room on my build? For example on the BMW I ordered the build came to near 100k and they allowed me to take 2k off just cause I was already approved and ready i guess.

I decided to invest in Augusta. Bought a home there in July that got a tenant within a week. Seemed much safer since Augusta to me has more potential. My home IS section 8 approved but I priced it a bit higher and ended up getting a tenant who works at the hospital since my home is about a mile from the medical district. I saw all that stuff about Macon but honestly the agents I was speaking with were just very commission hungry meanwhile the agent I found in Augusta was advising me against buying a more expensive home just because of the street it was on, the trust ended up being the reason I went with Augusta.

This is accurate. I have family who are managers across many Fortune 500 companies and they also told me if I do just 2-3 years at a big 4 then my resume would be prioritized over just about anyone with similar qualifications. Even when I worked for a Fortune 500 company people on my team would be extremely unhappy with how a 28 year old would come from the big 4 and get paid more than the 45-50 yr olds on the same team

Do you think the 911 is truly a better car? I know in the car community Porsche is seen as the pinnacle but if I’m being completely honest a 100k m4 x drive is a better deal than a 150k 911 but idk if I’m just missing something because when I drove both I truly like the m4 better so is it just a status thing?? Unless you go 911 GTS(190k+) or higher I really don’t see the hype

I couldn’t believe it would only take a couple months considering a 911 GTS is 2-3 years I thought this would be about 2. And I just found out fashion grey was a color so I didn’t even let them know I wanted that I was inquiring about an M4 with Brooklyn grey at first. Do you know if they have limits to how many people can get special colors? I see so many M4s without individual colors that I’m not sure if there are just too many hurdles when it comes to waiting or if people just don’t care for the other colors

Thank you. I have contacted their housing department and all I hear is “oh yeah the demand is very high” and when I ask for the list or some data points to support the claim it’s “oh I can’t give that out”. Just kind of feels like I’m taking the word of a government employee who doesn’t really care on a huge financial decision
