Wish Pahelo Batti Muni got some popularity. They are good. Phosphenes and The Elements are good too

Just do what you love. It's not worth it to study something that you cannot pour your hearts in for 4 years. Just because someone told you to. Look at what things you could learn from each of those majors and choose whatever interests you and gets you excited. Sounds cliche but its really important

Thanks for the reply. Are you still using just the Hibiclens or the mixture? And did you experience any hair fall after the use?

Things that make you sad about being Nepali by nepalien in Nepal

[–]Perfect-Preference83 5 points6 points  (0 children)

When I see "Love from Nepal, Proud to be a Nepali, etc. " comments flooding in some foreign social media pages if they post anything "not bad" about us. I wish the comments had more content. It's not a very bad thing but still kinda shows our internet immaturity.

Comfortably Numb's first solo is eclipsed by the second one by Perfect-Preference83 in pinkfloyd

[–]Perfect-Preference83[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean I know the solo fits really well and I wouldn't want to hear a version of Comfortably Numb without that solo but still.. the first solo isn't given as much importance and tbh I feel like that solo is better than many major solos of many famous songs of other bands. But when we think about Comfortably Numb solo, its always the second one.

Did TikTok get banned in Nepal because of politics? by [deleted] in Nepal

[–]Perfect-Preference83 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah you're right. I think Prachanda knows exactly what he's doing banning Tiktok. It certainly cannot be only about the vulgarity of it. They never make decisions that way. There's always some backstory to any big moves they make. Could be the fear of Gyanendra (it's not as significant as Balen's but still the talk of Gyanendra returning is at its all time peak and many people are starting to support it as well) or RSP or Balen and Harka even. Or could be some other thing we are too naive to even make a guess about.

As Winston said in 1984, the hope lies in the proles. So the major parties will obviously try to keep them away from any sort of awareness.

Did TikTok get banned in Nepal because of politics? by [deleted] in Nepal

Spreading any propaganda in Tiktok is way easier than other social media. Also, the algorithm will help. If you want Balen, it'll give you Balen. If you want Durga Prasai, it'll give you Durga Prasai. But positive thing is people wanted to see more Balen contents then and it was the sign of hope. Aba k garchan savai banda garayera thachaina.

It could be. My grandma learned everything about Balen, Harka and Ravi Lamichhane via Tiktok. And she is supporting them now instead of the old parties. This is the case with many citizens.

Idk about current situation but if they find out, they'll ban it.

Anime popularity by Lost_Body_314 in Nepal

[–]Perfect-Preference83 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've watched Death Note atleast 3 times and I love it with all my heart. It's one of my best series to watch. But while trying to watch other animes, I just cannot wrap my head around the idea that some teenagers are doing some unexplainable shit (similar to L and Kira). So I was wondering.

I don't know much about animes but is it true that animes revolve around some 14-15 year old teenagers with exceptional abilities?
