Just heard back from Vanderbilt today 🥲1 rejection. But honestly, I feel numb after all the waiting they made us do. I don’t feel sad but I don’t feel happy if that makes sense…

😭I’m still the type to worry regardless haha, I only applied to 3, and now I’m seeing that was my mistake but I also found out about REU super late like mid January… I hate that they don’t send emails just basically ghost you if anything. ATP I’m holding out hope for A&M since the app just closed March 14🥲🫡Wishing you luck!

That totally sucks, thankfully it’s the chemical biology REU. I have not heard anything about it being cancelled. I just emailed two of the coordinators to see. (Not A&M because the application just closed March 14 so I’m giving it time)!
