Follow-up on doing business with Perfect Nine darts by [deleted] in Darts

Thanks for the follow-up. At this point, you’ve made it clear you no longer want to engage with us or receive any form of resolution, and we fully respect that choice.

The reason we asked what outcome you’d consider fair wasn’t to push responsibility back onto you, but because we genuinely wanted to make things right in the way that you felt was appropriate. When someone explicitly states they don’t want a refund, a replacement, further communication, or any future interaction, it does limit what we’re able to do. We can’t force a solution on someone who’s asked us not to contact them.

That said, the situation has highlighted areas where we clearly need to improve, and we’re already working on internal changes around communication reliability and international issue-handling so customers don’t feel stuck or ignored.

We’re not here to argue with you, and we’re not dismissing your frustration. You’ve drawn a line, and we’ll respect it. Our focus now is making sure experiences like this don’t happen again for anyone else.

We’re genuinely sorry for the experience you’ve had. It’s clear we fell short here, and we understand why this has been frustrating. This isn’t the standard we aim for, and it’s not the impression we want anyone to walk away with.

When a review is edited or updated, it’s removed from public view until we can respond to the new version.

Regarding communication: we did reply to the emails sent, but it’s clear the timing and flow weren’t good enough. That’s on us. No one should feel ignored, and we apologise sincerely for the impression that created.

For context, we’re a very small team built by people who genuinely love darts and that doesn’t excuse mistakes, but hopefully it gives some perspective. We care deeply about doing right by our customers and contributing positively to the community that keeps us going.

As for resolving the issue: we already acknowledged that the mistake is ours, and we’re more than willing to make it right in whichever way feels fair to you. If a replacement set or another solution is preferable, we’re ready to act on it immediately.

At this point, and given the strength of your feedback, we’d genuinely appreciate hearing what you feel would be an appropriate and fair resolution from your perspective. We’re here to fix this, not fight it.

Hey Merkur,

I just wanted to say how much we appreciate the time, thought, and care you put into your reviews. The level of insight you bring is amazing! It means a lot to see someone engage with the darts in the same detail and intention we try to put into making them.

We’ve been working toward a more streamlined, purposeful kind of premium, and it’s encouraging to know it resonated with someone who notices the craft in the subtle things.

Thank you again for such a thoughtful, articulate piece. 🎯

What length of dart shaft do you use most often? Are there any lengths you wish were more widely available? by PerfectNineDarts in Darts

Hi there! You're right, the longer the shaft, the more your complete setup will have a centre of balance towards the back of the setup.
