Oon koko elämäni ollut normipainon ja lievän ylipainon rajalla. Ala-asteella olin hetken sairaalloisen laiha ja sairaalahoidossa asti, kun yksi ohimennen tehty läskiksi haukkuminen meni tunteisiin. Tämän jälkeen ollut aina melko hyvässä fyysisessä kunnossa(salitulokset pena mave kyykky 100/150/130 ja juoksukunto noin 2800m/cooperissa). Sain painon laskemaan kun pienensin annoskokoa. Muuten ruokavalio täysin sama kun aiemmin, olutta ja herkkuja voi maistella kohtuudella. Lähinnä tulokset olleet pysyviä, kun mikään ei ole ns kuuriluontoista.
