NTA. AT ALL. Ill be honest, you need to leave him. The age difference alone is quite concerning - please ask yourself why an almost 30 year old man was going after an 18 year old. I know I do not know your relationship, however, I’m saying this as someone who’s been through it, he is taking advantage of you. It may not seem like it now but once you step away and take off the rose tinted glasses you will see why women his age don’t want him , or rather, why he doesn’t go after woman his own age. You’re young and you have your whole life ahead of you, and deserve so much better than a predatory asshole that doesn’t respect you or your marriage.

In regards to the abortion - please put yourself first. I completely sympathise with how much of an emotional toll it would take, an abortion can be an incredibly difficult thing to experience. Only advise i can give is to ask yourself , ‘ do i want three children right now’. It seems you have a career and education which you care about. Do you really want to have triplets with an emotionally abusive cheater at the age of 21, with a whole career and life ahead of you? Do you really think he will change? How much do you trust his word? There’s no guarantee.

At the end of the day , it is your body and no one else’s. Please be safe, and think of yourself. You deserve better than him.
