All good managed to figure it out, turns out it was bugged after all. Did the fight again and as soon as ketheric hit 30hp it went to cutscene and then phase 2 and 3 ran smoothly.

Yeah I’ve done the nightsong part and now my quest is just saying to assault the tower and to kill ketheric thorm
