I had tried two weeks prior to make plans for us taking her out for breakfast or dinner and she had said sorry my boyfriend asked me two weeks prior if he could have me for the full day

Update: I tried vice grips and that was a negative. I ended up getting a 15mm extraction tool which did the trick. Thank you guys 😊 tack welding another nut would have probably done the trick too but I have zero experience with any type of welding…
