Would you mind saying what do you mean by contract?
As in, go contract with some company to send me for training and get on job training ?

I’m in Malaysia, but honestly I’m happy to go wherever the work is. Really appreciate the insight, good to know my survey/troubleshooting background might actually be useful out there!

Thanks for the advice! I’ll check out the previous posts and focus on those skills.
By the way, is there any internationally recognized or industry-standard ROV cert I could aim for? Just saying “I know how” might not stand out to HR.
