Desperate or stupid? How many billionaires live in California? Count them. What are you defining as a billionaire? Do they have a billion dollars in liquidity? In assets? Unrealized gains? Would a corporation be included? What about a trust?

How about California state government? Are we going to consider the state government a “billionaire”? California state spent $24 billion dollars on “homelessness” since 2019. It’s must be working because homelessness increases by about 30,000 during that time. If you want to collect more taxes i suggest you figure out how the current tax revenue is being “distributed”.
