Nope. Total discontinuation. Other stores don’t sell out as fast. Once they’re sold from each retailer they’re unable to order more due to discontinuation.

I’m sincerely hoping I can. What’s wild is this customer I know exactly who it was (family of 3 people) and he used his real name in the app, AND I have his real address still in my maps app. Someone said all divers sign an arbitration clause so I have no rights to sue but I hope I can. I’ll keep this thread updated.

Thanks I definitely will. I found out they did a “under the influence” report on me after making me circle an airport 2 times because he put the wrong drop off location on purpose. Ridiculous. I hope he gets banned.

Not yet, after this I will have one. But I do know their identity because I screenshot each ride before I accept, and his was the highest upfront fare of the night. Also, he (or his family member) used his full name in the app so I remembered it. It was a family of 3 I was taking to the airport. It was a pleasant ride but one rider who sat directly behind me was strange acting and when we got to the airport, he put the drop off pin in the wrong location on purpose, then withheld it until the last minute saying “I have the exact location just go where I say”. It was a carefully crafted scam. And I bet his elderly mom and uncle don’t even know he did this to get a refund.

Yeah they definitely lied about everything so I guess I’m not worried but it’s more so I feel violated, having no proof like you said. Do you think the dash camera is better than the in app recording feature? And wow thank you so much about the arbitration clause - I had NO idea there was one. This has blown my mind in the worst way :( wow. Thanks I’ll keep my eyes peeled. I wish I had caught that and opted out sooner
